Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Scalant 
for High-Pressure Boilers

Introducing 311, a liquid product designed for the total treatment of high-pressure steam boilers. 311 is meticulously formulated to protect the feed tank, boiler, and steam condensate lines in high-pressure boilers against corrosion.

Application

311 is based on amines that volatilize into the steam to neutralize carbonic acid and raise the pH of the condensate. The amines, characterized by a significant pKb value, volatilize slowly. Importantly, if overheated steam is produced to feed a steam turbine, 311 will not impact the conductivity after cation resin!
